“Courses” Project: Final Phase – Tee Mappings

GHIN is pleased to announce the final phase of the “Courses” Mapping Project in regard to CRP Integration with GHP Client.  In the next week or so you will be receiving a spreadsheet via email that contains course tee information with associated mapping possibilities.  GHIN would like you to review the course tee information provided and choose a completion option.

Option #1:    GHIN performs the mappings for you – (this option requires you to work with spreadsheets and send them back to GHIN for uploading)
Option #2.    Association Will Map Tees – (this option requires you to continue to map tees manually using the CRP to GHP Course Mapping Management Tool in GHP Online)

Note: there will be further instructions that will accompany the spreadsheet that is sent to each association that will further define what is required for both options.

Once this final phase of the “Courses” Mapping Project is completed,  you will be ready to sign off on the CRDB (ACRDB) course database which will allow the GHP Client to consume CRP data exclusively.  Once your association is considered “fully mapped” you will no longer need to update course information in both the CRP and CRDB (ACRDB). Instead new tee additions or course rating changes when published via CRP will automatically be routed to the GHP Client.

When you are contacted about the “Courses” Mapping project, if you are not the appropriate person to perform this task please forward this important information on to the proper person at your association.

GHIN and many SRGAs are ready to complete this process, so we will be looking for you to provide us with the option that best suits your association.  Once you have received your spreadsheet and had an opportunity to review the information, please contact, so that we can document each associations intentions and help answer any outstanding questions.

Thank You
