eClubhouse Issues Resolved

After receiving several error reports from associations, GHIN confirmed on Monday, (11/29/2010) there were issues regarding the following eClubhouse administration functions:

  • New\Existing Golfer approvals
  • Updating Golfer profiles
  • Inactivating members
  • Payments processing for 2011

As of 9:00am (11/30/2010) GHIN implemented a server configuration change that resolved these outstanding issues. Please contact GHIN Technical Support as soon as possible if you are still experiencing any issues with these eClubhouse administrative functions.

Development Status – GHP Online Management

The GHP Online Management web application has entered the “alpha” phase of the development lifecycle. Together, with the direction and feedback from our focus group and proficiencies of the GHIN development team, we feel the product meets the defined objectives for designing a GSI replacement that maximizes the user experience and increases the overall productivity of the users. Team Wait List

Addressed an issue recently reported where trying to add a team to the team wait list, the system would time out and return to the Tournament Selection screen.  This prevented the admin user from adding a team to the team wait list.   The program correction has been moved into production.

Calling all committee men…

Do you have committee men responsible for conducting your qualifiers (or USGA qualifiers)?  Do they have TPP Client installed and you have been exporting/importing or have you just sent along scorecards and have asked for them to send your scoring information once finished?  With the new TPP Online scoring feature, together with appropriate user roles and permissions, you can grant access to just the one tournament where they can score using a web browser.  Can’t wait…
