USGA Product Update Meetings

Starting February 13 & 15, 2017 we will be hosting bi-monthly update webinars open to all SRGA staff who subscribe to the GHIN Services. The objective of these sessions is to provide information on the USGA Product portfolio including USGA Tournament Management, Course Ratings application, new Admin portal, Golfer web/app/kiosk and API services such as VASP and ADAs.

Each session will be scheduled for 90 minutes to allow for the presentation of materials and opportunity for questions and answers. Monday sessions will be held at 11:00 am EST and repeated on Wednesday at 2:00 pm EST to accommodate multiple time zones.

We ask that you sign up individually for each session you would like to attend. Please click on the REGISTRATION LINK and select the desired session(s).

Release of New TPP Online Web Services

GHIN is pleased to announce the release of a set of new web service methods to extract tournament, player, and member program information from TPP Online.  While these web services were developed with CRM in mind, they can be used by any application that would like to retrieve data from TPP Online.  An example would be an association web site where an association member may log in to see his or her profile, which now can include a richer set of tournament playing history and alerts on upcoming association tournaments that the player is eligible to enter.

The new methods are organized into three web service groups:

Tournament Methods:

  1. TournamentList – Returns a list of tournaments played/scheduled within a specified date range.
  2. TournamentPlayers – Returns a list of players participating in a specified tournament.
  3. TournamentEligiblePlayers – Returns a list of players eligible to sign up for a specified tournament.

Player Methods: 

  1. TournamentsEntered – Returns a list of tournaments for a date range that a specified golfer (by GHIN Number) played in.
  2. TournamentsCanEnter – Returns a list of upcoming tournaments for a date range that a specified golfer is eligible to enter.
  3. MemberProgramsJoined – Returns a list of member programs for a date range that a specified golfer joined.

Member Program Methods: 

  1. MemberProgramList – Returns a list of member programs defined for a specified date range.
  2. MemberProgramMembers – Returns a list of players who belong to a specified member program.
